If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Klockit.com, you can return your product(s) to us within 30 days for a refund in the amount of the purchase price (shipping excluded). Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of the invoice or if they are not in the original condition. Please pack your return carefully! We cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Merchandise that fails under normal operating conditions within the product's expressed warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no charge, per our warranty policy.

Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price (shipping excluded). Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once any returned merchandise requested has been received by us. Once the refund has been processed, the refund will post to the original payment method used in the purchase transaction.
As your order is processed as soon as received, cancelation or modification is usually not possible. Please contact us for further investigation.
An order can only be canceled by opening a case with customer support, and if the order has not yet been processed. When an order is canceled, no amount will be charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.

Effective May 1, 2021, products, if covered under warranty will adhere to a limited 1-year warranty. Customers will have one year from the order date to submit a warranty claim. We will honor the original warranties on products purchased prior to May 1, 2021. This update adds clarity to our warranty policy and allows for more immediate attention to quality concerns, ensuring we can continue honoring one of the industry’s best guarantees.
We pride ourselves on standing behind our products and proudly uphold our commitment to quality. We warrant that all products covered under this warranty are of good material and workmanship and, when properly installed and operated, will be free of defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. Any product that, under normal use and service, fails during the stated warranty period will be replaced, repaired, or a credit will be issued at our sole discretion. Transportation charges for returned goods will be paid for by the customer, but refunded if we deem the returned goods defective. We will not replace, repair, or credit for products that have been damaged (including by acts of nature), tampered, abused, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by others than our authorized representatives.

- Only the movement is under warranty for all kits and components
Non-Warranty Products Sent to Klockit
Klockit is not responsible for the receipt and retainage of non-warranty-related products received from consumers. These items will not be shipped back to the consumer and will be disposed of.
Claims and Repairs
To submit a warranty claim:

Limited 1-Year Warranty
We warrant that all products we sell under this warranty are of good material and workmanship and, when properly installed and operated, will be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Any product which, under normal use and service, is proven to breach the warranty contained herein within ONE-YEAR from date of sale will, upon examination by us, and at our sole option, be repaired or replaced by us. Transportation costs and charges for returned goods shall be paid for by the purchaser. We hereby disclaim all responsibility for such transportation costs and charges. This warranty will not be breached, and we will give no credit for products that have received normal wear and tear not affecting the functionality of the product, been damaged (including by acts of nature), tampered, abused, improperly installed, or repaired or altered by others than our authorized representatives.
Remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item(s). If we determine that repair or replacement is not feasible, we may, at our option, refund the amount of the original purchase price.
THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We expressly disclaim all liability for special, consequential, or incidental damages, whether arising in tort or by contract from any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
We further disclaim liability from personal injury relating to its products to the extent permitted by law. By acceptance of any of our products, the purchaser assumes all liability for the consequences arising from their use or misuse. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to bind us to any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of our products. Furthermore, no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to modify or waive the terms of this warranty unless done in writing and signed by a duly authorized agent of ours.
In no case shall our liability for any claim relating to our products, your purchase, or your use thereof, exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Hermle Mechanical Movements
Hermle Mechanical movements have a 2-year limited factory warranty. If warranty issues arise, the movement will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair as determined by the manufacturer.
All Other Mechanical Movements
Mechanical movements have a 2-year limited factory warranty. If warranty issues arise, the movement will be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
Please be aware there are no returns on movements that have been regeared. As such, regard movements are excluded from the manufacturer’s warranty.
